MNSS SNOWBOARDER LOUIE VITO WINS BRONZE MEDAL AT THE EUROPEAN X GAMES
The Men's Snowboard SuperPipe Final at the first ever Winter X Games Europe could have been the best pipe contest of the year. The event attracted some of the best snowboarders on the planet to Tignes, France and entertained the huge crowds who gathered for three days of incredible action. The highlight of the entire Euro X Games was the Men's Snowboard Superpipe Final where The Sports Syndicate's Louie Vito won a Bronze medal. Although he only took Bronze he opened his run with three double corks, back-to-back-to-back. Vito made history by being the first person to ever open a run with three back-to-back-to-back tricks like this. The crowd went wild but the judges didn't seem to be as impressed and only gave him the bronze. Vito said, "I was stoked. I don't think three in a row has ever been done before and to do it in a contest was great! In the end you're trying to please four people and if the run you like doesn't please them there's nothing you can do. I was really glad I landed that run and that's about all you can say." Next weekend Louie will be at Stratton Mountain in Vermont for the U.S. Open Superpipe contest.

MNSS SUPERCROSS RACER RYAN VILLOPOTO GETS WIN IN DAYTONA AND IS 2ND IN OVERALL POINTS FOR 2010 SX SERIES
Sports Syndicate client Ryan Villopoto led all 20 laps of the main event on his way to his first victory at Daytona SX. Ryan had this to say about his impressive victory, "I got a great start and was able to get that hole shot. The track was tough. It's easy to make little mistakes here. It's important to get out front. I think it's a lot easier to pass here than in a stadium. But it doesn't matter what track it is, a hole-shot is 90 percent of the race. It's nice to finally add this race to the list of wins," Villopoto added. Ryan currently sits in second place on the points leaderboard and continues to be in the hunt for his first overall 450 SX title.

MNSS CHAMPIONS TOUR GOLFER JOHN COOK TAKES THE ALLIANZ CHAMPIONSHIP TO A PLAYOFF AND FINISHES IN 2ND
The Sports Syndiate's John Cook finished second in the Allianz Championship, but that didn't prevent him from praising the Champions Tour. In fact, he might be the tour's biggest fan. Cook knows how difficult it is to win on the Champions circuit, and not just because of Bernhard Langer's spectacular eagle from a sand trap to defeat him Sunday. ``I think there are such quality guys and quality golf being played on this tour that it really compares to anything,'' Cook said. ``These guys are really good. Bernhard is an example. He's a great guy, and we're happy to have him. We're glad he's committed to this tour" Cook is happy about the recent influx of talent coming to the Champions Tour. Through all 3 rounds Cook managed to keep up with the leaders and only had one bogey for the entire tournament.
